Our vineyards

Right in the middle of the estate on the hills around Boutenac, an old mill appears to stand watch over our vineyards.
These slopes have been home to the vine since Ancient Roman times... Sidonius Appolinarius wrote about the vines here in 479 AD.
The soils are low on carbonate, with a pH close to neutral.
The large number of worn quartz pebbles favours the production of highlyexpressive wines.

For twenty years, the vines have been cultivated using an integrated approach.

unaggressive presses, a refrigerated water facility, heating equipment. All our cellarage facilities for maturing, bottling and laying down are insulated and air-conditioned.
