As winegrowers,
we have come to know what terroir really means, the value
of time... We have come
know about sheer down-to-earth matter, getting to grips
with it, modelling it... We have come to
know about the flavours, the scents, the aromas and the
melodies of Mediterranean life. We've got about
that far up to now. There are other harmonies that remain
to be found but we now have a feeling for that symphony
we still have to finish.
